VIENNESE KISSES
1 ½ cups flour
¾ cup cold butter, cut into 1" cubes
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
24 Hershey's Chocolate Kisses or Rosebuds

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease miniature muffin trays. |

In a food processor, combine flour, butter and sugar and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Then add sour cream and vanilla and process. |

Using your hands, shape the dough into 1" balls. Place each ball into a miniature muffin cup. |

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Once out of the oven, immediately press a chocolate kiss into the centre of each cookie and then allow to cool completely. |
