VIENNESE KISSES

1 ½ cups flour
¾ cup cold butter, cut into 1" cubes
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
24 Hershey's Chocolate Kisses or Rosebuds


1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease miniature muffin trays.
2. In a food processor, combine flour, butter and sugar and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Then add sour cream and vanilla and process.
3. Using your hands, shape the dough into 1" balls. Place each ball into a miniature muffin cup.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Once out of the oven, immediately press a chocolate kiss into the centre of each cookie and then allow to cool completely.

Makes about 24 cookies
